Absolutely not impressed by Dr. Merxbauer AT ALL. He's very rude, and cold, and he doesn't have an ounce of bedside manner. I was accompanying my elderly mother, and it was hers and my first time meeting Dr. Merxbauer. I didn't even know what he looked like. After a WONDERFUL consultation with one of his nurses, who made us feel extremely comfortable, this man walks in the room, doesn't acknowledge us or introduce himself. In fact, he didn't speak AT ALL to us. He put on a pair of gloves, surveyed my mother's teeth, took off his gloves, and left. And that was it. To this day, I'm not sure if he was the doctor or not. He didn't say a single word to my mother or me. I thought it was EXTREMELY rude to not even ask how mother was feeling. He's a very rude man. His nurse however, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She was PLEASANT. Dr. Merxbauer needs to take a few lessons on how to act around new patients. He needs lessons on how to be kind and compassionate. Rude.
Professional staff. Everybody is super cool. I'm definitely an awesome place that you can take the whole family to everyone's super friendly. If you're making front ways to take your whole family, I highly suggest this place.

Dr. Maier was mazing. From start to finish he made me feel at ease. He went above and beyond and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. The staff is amazing and I couldn’t happier. Would give this clinic 10/5 stars if I could!
I had a root canal done but like 3 months later the top half of my tooth fell off so then I had to get the root removed.
