I had a dental emergency and just needed to see a dentist for a quick appointment to glue a crown back on. Without the crown, I cannot eat or drink due to the pain and exposure of the tooth. The office stated that I need to schedule a cleaning first and they can only take me in January, 3 months away. I am in rural Montana with little options for dentists and willing to pay cash for care and this office essentially refused care. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
I would highly recommend Messer Dental! They are all so nice and make you feel very comfortable. I went in last Thursday with extreme tooth pain (need root canal) and Monday I had my appointment. I have very sensitive teeth and have a hard time with the blowing air and water.....But he was excellent! I had no issues! I even had my 4 year old daughter with me. Even though they are out of Network (insurance), this will be my permanent place for the whole family! Thank you so much to all of you at Messer!
(As promised well deserved update at the end) I will update this review if deserved. I requested a release of records form so I could sign it and receive my records and was told I may not get my records, which I need for court to hold a dentist accountable. If they refuse to give me my records, they are obstructing justice, and all patients should be nervous. (Update) I called the dental board in North Dakota and was surprised to have a living person answer the phone. They listened to what Messer Dental said and did, and told me to reach out at the end of that business day, claiming they were sending an email to the practice. I was shocked but followed their advice. When I called Messer Dental, the representative was extremely polite, apologized, and claimed there was “confusion.” They even stayed past closing to email me the records. The dental board in North Dakota doesn’t play around. So my update is this: Messer Dental only follows the rules when they feel like it—or when they’re told to feel like it. 0 stars if possible.
My son has been seeing Dr. Messer since March 2017. Dr. Messer and his staff have been wonderful each and every visit! They are always kind and patient with him along with being very accommodating for appointments! I highly recommend Messer Dental for the whole family!
THANK YOU DR. MESSER!!! and Kate. First off, the office got me an appointment quickly. I had severly chipped front teeth. Dr. Messer took the time to discuss options with me and gave me his opinion for the best resolution. He did a fantastic job. My teeth look amazing!!!! Beautiful new office and everyone is exceptionally friendly. Bravo!!!
