Very well organized and professional team. Dr Hall explained what he recommended and sent me a written estimate. He and his team then preformed perfectly what he had outlined. The follow-ups have gone exactly as I had expected. From the second my wife and I walked in the door until when we left this morning we felt welcomed and appreciated by each of the staff.
Everyone at this office has been super friendly and helpful! Dr. Hall and his assistant always answered any questions I had about my gum graft procedure promptly and thoughtfully. My graft looks great :)
Dr. Ficca and his assistant gave me great care. They made sure I was comfortable at all times. Everything was explained to me prior to my procedure. The staff at the front were friendly and made for an easy check-in.
I would give TEN stars if possible! As a nervous, new patient, I was welcomed to the office with a warm smile and bright hello as soon as I arrived. Next, gum graft consultation and nervousness returns, but not for long! Tahlia arrives to the exam room and let me ask as many questions as I needed to feel a bit more comfortable. She assured me Dr. Hall would explain everything in detail until I was assured of the process. Tahlia was right! I expressed every fear and asked a million questions. Dr. Hall remained patient with me as my nervousness began to fade. He assured me I would remain comfortable during the entire procedure…and he was right! Today was my final checkup and I am 100% satisfied with my results and highly recommend Dr. Hall and his team of Tahlia and Amanda! I now have more confidence in my smile and I know Dr. Hall can do the same for you! I am so happy I put my trust with him. PS…I may even stop in just for a quick hello and warm welcome one day!!! 🤣
After fracturing two front teeth it was determined I would need two implants, new crowns, a bone and gum graft. With Dr. Ficca's amazing expertise and kindness as well as his amazing staff, I got my smile back and I am very pleased with the results. Thank you.
