This was the first time I was at Metropolitan Periodontists. The office was clean and orderly. Staff was exceptional and very professional. I was more than satisfied with my visit and the expected results I will have in July at my next visit.
The medical staff did great. My recovery was easy and I appreciated the follow up call DDS Wilson gave me after the surgery. However, the unwillingness to change the credit card with which I paid for the procedure, may cost me $500. I don't understand how risking the good will I have had for folks at Metropolitan Periodontist's for a 3% credit card fee makes any sense. Especially since I would have gladly paid the fee for that transaction.
I had a great experience with Metro Periodontics. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. I had a gum graft done and they made sure I knew all of my options beforehand, followed up with me after the surgery, and overall upheld a very high standard of care.
Everyone is super kind and gives detailed explanations for everything. My teeth weren’t in the best shape but they were understanding, not judgmental, and came up with a plan to get things on track. Everyone was incredibly friendly and told me what they were doing at each step and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way too.
Dr. Kersten and his team were all amazing! Everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcomed. Dr.Kersten was upfront and honest about what to expect with results after doing a very thorough examination. I would trust him to care for any of my periodontal needs, and would happily refer friends and family to them.
