I would have given 10 stars if I could! This dental office is amazing! I’m new to the Florence area and unfortunately a tooth on my partial broke off. I was given an appointment to come in on Tuesday. Two days later I received a call saying my partial was back! The service given at this office is top tier! I highly recommend!

Each appointment is a delight – the staff is unfailingly friendly, creating an atmosphere that doesn't evoke the typical dentist dread. Dr. Heiden's blend of humor and efficiency is truly commendable, and the results are outstanding. They all manage to make you genuinely appreciate your smile. Highly recommend!
I have known Marc Heiden my entire life. He’s a good man and a great dentist. His facility is neat, clean, updated and comfortable. He uses the latest technology to obtain optimal results with regards to dental care. I feel very confident when I leave his office that my teeth are getting the best care possible. Not only does he take time to listen, talk to and understand his patients needs but his staff are all very pleasant, friendly, polite and nice. We are so thankful for the opportunity to have him as our dentist!
