The office is so great and responsive. I had an appointment set up but started feeling intense tooth pain and they worked to get me in the following day and Dr. Thomas had a plan of attack and his whole staff worked hard to get insurance approval (VA) so I could be treated as soon as possible. They are all so incredibly kind and considerate and took the time to answer all of my questions. I would like to add that I'm also currently 37 weeks pregnant and they did everything possible to make sure the best steps were taken while still ensuring my pain was managed. I am grateful to be covered by them.
I love getting my dental care here. They are true professionals and are also friendly. The hygienist, Dr. Thomas, and I always have a great laugh together about something. I would never have guessed starting my day at the dentist would be a positive, but it is!
Dr Thomas is probably the most skilled dentist I've ever had. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! I have recommended them to friends and family several times.
Very friendly staff and a very nice and clean facility. Both the dental hygienist and Doctor Thomas were very thorough and friendly. I called the clinic and got in to see the doctor within 2 weeks of my call! The doctor gave me a very thorough exam and listened to all my concerns. The dental hygienist then cleaned my teeth during the same appointment. She did a wonderful job and answered all my questions. They were then able to schedule my next 2 appointments, 2 weeks out from my initial appointment. At no point during my visit did anyone try to sell me products that I didn't want/need. It might sound trivial that I bring this up, but I have had another dentist in town try to sell me a bunch of products that weren't covered by my insurance. The other dentist felt more like a door to door salesman rather than a dental office. This clinic is great! I highly recommend them.
Dr. Thomas and his staff are exceptional. The office is well equipped, clean, modern, and spacious. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The front office is also well run. I feel as though they (everyone in the office) are treating MY teeth as they would treat their own AND when he believes that someone else can do a better job in special circumstances, he is not hesitant to refer to a specialist! Dr Thomas is one reason I love Klamath Falls!!!
