I have a major phobia about seeing the dentist. It's been over 9 years. Not only was the receptionists polite, Dr Durnell and the tech that was assisting him we're both very understanding and sympathetic to my needs! They recommended me to an affiliate dental facility and I am very confident that I will receive the same treatment that I got at Michiana smiles! Thank you very very much!!
There are no words to describe how they made me feel as a paid up, never canceled patient. Their standard of care policy is a priority over you as a human. Must be why they need a policy. Otherwise, they will dismiss you in heartbeat.
Love Michiana Smiles! Brianna was very nice and made me feel at easy. I hate going to the dentist. Dr. VanDeVoorde is really nice and they both took time to explain anything going on. The staff there is great! Absolutely love them and would recommend to anyone
I have been going to Michiana Smiles for a very long time. Dr. Zach is the best dentist I have been to and I am 71 yrs old. The staff is also very friendly (but professional/ knowledgeable) and very, very good at what they do.
Once in the office, the hygienist (Britney) was wonderful. She took the time to explain and demonstrate what I needed to do between visits. She will be my hygienist from now moving forward, no rotating or random assignment. Love that personal touch. Dr. Durnell was friendly and made me feel like I had known him for years. Knowledgable in what was going on with my mouth.😁
