I just want to say thank you. Dr Emeric DDS and hygienist Stephanie I so appreciated you both today. I know it took longer than expected but it worked. My numbness has worn off And there is no more issues. My bite alignment is right on . I so feel the difference when I chew . I want to give a special thank you to Mikenna at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. I was initially told my insurance didn’t cover my cleaning, which would have left me with an out-of-pocket expense I wasn’t prepared for. Instead of just accepting that, Mikenna took the time to call and verify everything with my insurance herself. Because of her extra effort and genuine care, she saved me from paying an unnecessary charge. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it meant a lot to me. Thank you for making a normally stressful visit a much better experience.
This was my first initial visit, as much as everyone loves going to the dentist, I will say it I am looking forward to going back. Everyone made it very welcoming and were very informative. I am SO glad, I made the call and took the chance. Thank you everyone.
I have to be honest, I consistently receive the best care, In the best facility, using the best technology by the best people in the business. I cannot thank the staff enough! Usually, I would not be so happy receiving the news that I have a cracked root and need a tooth pulled, and an implant with a crown. But these people broke the news in such a way that it’s not so painful! (Pun intended) Thanks, Dr Jeni & Dr. Emrick and staff!
