I just had a terrific visit! They took extra care as I am currently in a brace for broken vertebrae. I had an extraction and a filling done. It was quick and painless. As a patient who has had very some bad experiences elsewhere, causing me to be somewhat afraid of dental visits, I appreciate the skill and kindness shown here.
The staff are exceptionally kind and have helped me immensely. I trust them and feel comfortable here despite my high anxiety with regard to dental/medical procedures. They are always willing to talk through any questions/options. After years of avoiding the dentist, my teeth are now in much better health thanks to their help and I go to regular cleanings and procedures with less anxiety.
Have been bringing my girls to Dr. Mcdonald's, since their first appointment ever. I'm here now with my 9 year old to fix a filling. She was terrified but Doctor and his assistant were so amazing in calming her down. There was no frustration on anybody in the office, just peace and calmness.
Dr. McDonald and his staff are a great team! Being someone that has always not been the biggest fan of the dentist experience, him and his staff are very welcoming, explained all they were going to do, and made sure I was comfortable. He tells you the truth and doesn't make you feel like an obligation. He very much wants to help maintain and improve your dental care, not just fill a cavity and get you on your way. I would recommend his practice to anyone looking for a great, down to earth dentist.
What a pleasant experience after an abrupt closing and no notice from the dental office I had been going to for over 40 years. As much as I like Dr. Dube, not leaving her current patients any notice was very disappointing. I am however, glad she left us in good hands. I was made aware of her closing from a family member who went for an appointment to find a note on her door. I hope everything is okay with Dr. Dube because she was a good dentist and very nice person.
