I absolutely love Dr Taylor, Victoria, and Annette! They are the highlight of this facility. You can tell they love what they do, and really make you feel at home in what can feel like a scary place for people like me who are anxious. Thank you Dr. Taylor and Victoria for taking care of me today. Thank you Annette for catching the billing error that I was trying to tell them about and you saw it and understood what happened and fixed it so quickly!! You guys are amazing and I appreciate y’all a lot!!
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Taylor and the entire team at Mid South Dental Implant and Oral Surgery Center. Although I was apprehensive about having my wisdom teeth removed, from the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient, and the office was clean and welcoming. Dr. Taylor explained the procedure thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt at ease every step of the way. The surgery itself was smooth, and I was impressed with how gentle and precise they were. The post-op instructions were clear, and the follow-up care was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone in need of oral surgery. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience!
Dr. Taylor and staff really took great care of my daughter during her wisdom teeth extraction. We will definitely be back for our oral surgery needs.
I am still laughing from my dental procedure yesterday! Shew. Dr. Taylor and his team are simply amazing and patient! I had a tooth removed (3.24.2025). From the beginning to end, they took great care of me. When first walking in, the front desk was very organized with what was needed. I appreciated that. They gave the instructions very clearly, which helped me feel that they knew what they were doing. Then once in the back, Kaitlyn was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She was down to earth, listened to me, answered my questions, and gave me step-by-step instructions on what she was doing before she did things. Once the IV was in my arm, it felt like I was being woken up just five minutes later. I literally felt nothing. To the point that I was convinced that they actually had not taken my tooth out. 😂 Looking back, it was one of THE funniest moments for me. Dr. Taylor and Kaitlyn helped me to the car. I was shocked that a doctor would wheel out a patient so then I wondered if he was a real doctor giving this level of service. 😂🤷🏽♀️ Just know that this team is great. I 100% recommend Dr. Taylor and his staff for your dental needs.
I had oral surgery a few weeks ago. Dr Taylor and his entire staff were not only professional but very personable as well. Surgery can fill anyone with a lot of anxiety and When they told me, "Don't worry, we'll take good care of you" that's exactly what they did! They were all a blessing to me! For anyone who has oral procedures needed, I would highly recommend this center. Thank you so much for a job well done. Kudos! You all deserve it!
