From the time I entered the office I was greeted by nice office staff. Then when called back to a room very nice experience for me. Even with my anxiety. They treated me very well. Before I got my teeth pulled Nurse went over my aftercare plan which was nice. This way if me and my husband had any questions we could of gotten them answered. Procedure went well didn't take very long from start to finish. If I have to have anymore teeth pulled I will definitely come back and get them done here.
I had pain from my impacted wisdom tooth, so my dentist referred me to Mid-State in Clarksville. Dr. Nicholas and his team took really good care of me! I'm still recovering from the surgery on Monday, 2/16, and awaiting the biopsy report. I was pretty impressed with how smooth everything went, especially since it was a complex procedure. Since the surgery was in-network, my reduced out-of-pocket costs were clear and fair. Dr. Nicholas also got me a discount on my prescription, which saved me some extra money. Overall, the team did a fantastic job in their service and the operation went really well!
Dr. DiLuzio is truly a wisdom tooth wizard — rolled those teeth out like butter 🧙♂️🦷. The staff was efficient & professional. Both of my teenagers had impacted wisdom teeth extracted, and everything went smoothly. Scheduling was very easy. It was great to be able to have the consult and surgery scheduled on the same day avoiding multiple trips to the office. The actual procedure was quick, and both of my daughters had no complaints afterward.
I am terrrified of dentists and surgeries. Didn’t have the best experiences over the last year with other establishments. Dr. Nicholson, nurses, and front office were so warm friendly and welcoming. They made the entire experience wonderful and quick! They saw me and performed surgery the same day. They had everything ready to go talked to me about the game plan, after care, and everything I needed to know. I highly recommend this office! They really care for their patients and what they do!
Mid State Oral Surgery and Implant Center got me scheduled to come in very soon after my Dentist appointment. Everyone was so nice and efficient from walking in the front office to being taken to the back. Dr. Nicholson was great! He explained everything clearly, ask if I had any questions, and was so thorough with his answers. It was a comfortable and fearless procedure. My phone call the next day was helpful also, it gave me a chance to clear up any questions I may have had - highly recommend….
