This is a really great practice. I was nervous about my procedure, but the staff took the time to explain everything in detail and put me at ease. The day of the procedure was smooth and painless. They were very helpful in followup and even took the time to help me set my mind at ease when I thought I had an issue later on. Very grateful for the whole team.
I was referred here by my dentist for a complicated extraction. The whole process was comfortable and effortlessly smooth. The staff here are exceptional, every person I interacted with was pleasant, helpful, and kind. The office itself is in a fantastic and accessible location and extremely clean and comfortable. I was treated with kindness and respect, my procedure (which I was very anxious about) was absolutely a huge relief, and handled with expert care and precision. I couldn’t recommend these guys anymore.
I highly recommend Dr Ashrafi, his work speaks for itself! The Orthodontist who referred us to him was very impressed and thankful that he made her work much easier because he did an excellent job. He was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the procedure in a clear and reassuring way, which put my mind at ease. His assistant Lisa, was equally wonderful—gentle, kind, and exceptionally comforting to my daughter, who was extremely anxious going into it. Their teamwork made a stressful experience so much smoother and less frightening. Thank you both for your outstanding care!
Prompt, professional, and friendly. I had an extraction 30 weeks pregnant and the oral surgeon worked with my provider to give me the care needed for this procedure. He was respectful, thorough, thoughtful and considerate of any questions I had, and reassuring during this stressful time. Bonus points because he came in asked if I was ready to party and got me taken care of seemingly effortlessly because he was just that good. I just had my one well follow up and everything seems to be healing well and I am in no pain. I would return here and would recommend to others. The office staff is also super friendly and the attendant that assisted him Paula was very nice. Thank you middleborough oral surgeons I appreciate you!
I had a really great experience at this practice. Not going to lie, I was definitely a bit anxious about my procedure but both the assistant and Doctor put me at ease from the start and it went better than I could imagine. Quick and painless. Would highly recommend!
