We moved here from NYC and were looking for a dentist nearby. Middletown Family Dental was the most accommodating. We were able to get appointments the same week I called. They also accepted my insurance! The office is very clean. My appointment took place as scheduled (after filling out necessary paperwork.) The hygienist did a great job with the cleaning. Painless in EVERY way.
I have been for many years, and still am extremely pleased with the entire MFD staff. However I was very disappointed that my dental hygienist did not wear a mask during the entirety of my recent cleaning session, in spite of her obviously suffering from “the sniffles”. As a result, I am 99% certain that my coming down with a significant cold or flu was the result of that exposure. She was only masked (not a KN95) during the actual cleaning, not any time before or after, especially during the XRay procedures..
It was my first visit to their office as a new patient. The hygienist was very pleasant and professional. I honestly think the cleaning was the most thorough I've received in years. Highly recommend them.
Had a great experience here after having a not-so-great one at another dentist out of state. Cleaning was very thorough and all staff were welcoming and knowledgeable! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.
