Had to reschedule as I had a conflict in October. The office worked with me and got me I for a cleaning as quick as they could. I would have to say, it was the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. The dental hygienist was very gentle and thorough. Needless to say, I’ve requested her for my next visit.
I don't think it's possible for my experience to have gone any better. From being greeted warmly, to the care the nurses showed, to the awesome "bedside manner" of the dentist I was put at ease, made to feel important, and given full instructions for the care I was to do at home. And the very best part, they extracted a wisdom tooth and I was in no pain during the procedure, nor at home afterwards. A little expected tenderness, but I was able to enjoy the rest of my day after the extraction. We are very blessed to have them here in Rolla.
I used to go to Midwest and it was the first place of dentist office where I felt comfortable and then our insurance changed and I haven't been there in a while. But now I'm back and I can't say anything. But good thing. So so far so good. There's different dentists than I was here before, but so far it's been pretty good experience.
The dentist and the assistant, were absolutely amazing. I think they knew I was nervous, So they kept asking, are you OK? They explained everything as they did it. If I could give a 10, I would.
They have had a bunch of turnover in their staff and the new ones are not the best. The new dentist I had to sit and wait while he was with a patient. This wouldn't be a problem except he truly loves to hear himself talk. Then I get a lecture from him and an oversimplified and incorrect explanation about my teeth. Also they are dropping my insurance so I won't be going back.
