This is one of the best dental experiences that I have ever had considering my procedure. From the moment I walked into the office everyone was awesome! All the staff were amazing, very friendly, kind and patient. Dr. Jeffery Kratky is awesome, made me feel comfortable, explained everything to me, told me what the procedure would entail. Dr. kratky has great beside matter, very friendly and I didn’t feel rushed at any point. I would highly recommend Dr. Kratky without hesitation! A++ all around
Our experience at Midwest Maxillofacial Surgery Center was absolutely seamless. My children needed teeth pulled, and from start to finish, the entire team made the process so smooth and stress-free. The oral surgeon, Dr. Backer, took the time to explain everything in detail, including what to expect before and after the procedure. They even took x-rays to make sure they were targeting the correct teeth, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. I truly felt that my kids were in good hands the entire time. They were well cared for, and I didn’t have to worry at all. The twins even received these fun little gift bags with aftercare items to help with their recovery, which they loved! I would highly recommend Midwest Maxillofacial Surgery Center to anyone needing oral surgery, especially for children. Their professionalism and compassion really stand out. Dr. Coffey and his staff were very compassionate ! Having 4 wisdom teeth pulled had me filled with anxiety. They working quickly and efficiently! Thank you for putting me at ease! Highly recommend !
Dr. Kratky and his staff are excellent! He explained the implant procedure and he and his staff were great! Kind, courteous and very proficient in this area. I couldn't have been in better hands!
Was there a week ago, been seeing Dr. Scott Drooger 4 or 5 times now. He is an amazing oral surgeon. I was told afterwards that I made an in appropriate to an assistant of his. I was under general anesthesia, but IF I did I would like to apologize now to Dr Scott and his assistant. Im better than that. Im sincerely sorry if any feelings were hurt ! Im an ANXIETY PATIENT and I have a positive experience with Midwest oral surgery. I recommend them to everybody. Thanks again.
