I recently had my wisdom teeth removed here, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. As a manager in another dental office, I work closely with many providers — and this team truly stands out. Everyone was confident, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent patient care. The staff made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process, and Dr. Coffey was incredibly skilled. My procedure went smoothly, my recovery has been great, and I couldn’t be more thankful for how well I was taken care of. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery!
I had a great experience! There were issues with my insurance & the staff worked diligently for days before my appointment to help me with the problem. When I arrived for my appointment the front desk staff was very welcoming & reassured me that they had taken care of the insurance issue. I was very nervous about the procedure (nervous about dental work in general) I was having lots of anxiety but everyone there was so kind & helpful. Dr. Coffey eased a lot of my anxiety, he explained the procedure with specifics to my case not just general. There was another staff member I believe her name was Peyton? She was incredible!!! She knew how anxious I was & she was so sweet to me & made me feel very comfortable & at ease. She talked to me about random things to keep my mind off of the nerves. While I was being prepped for surgery she never left my side and assured me that everything was going to be okay & I truly felt like I was in the best hands! I have nothing but good things to say about this office & the staff. You can tell that everyone there cares about the job & their patients. It is clear that there is great communication within the office as well. 10 stars!
The procedure went very well! The staff was welcoming, explained the nasal lift again. Explained risks, which were all standard for any procedure, was gentle when putting on sensors. The doctor installed the IV port so gently, I didn't even feel the needle. Then I was gently out, dreaming of being at a beautiful beech, until I was gently awakened and let to a recliner to wait to be discharged. Now I am home icing my cheek every 15 min, reading discharge instructions. My thank you to Dr Coffey, Danielle and the staff.
I have a hard time with Dentist and let me say my surgery visit was the most wonderful experience ever, they not only made you feel comfortable but they treated you like a person, everyone was so polite, fast at what they were supposed to do and after the surgery very caring. This experience made me have confidence again and I cannot thank the staff enough for making me not only feel comfortable but safe to. I wish I had gotten the names of the girls to thank them and Dr Parsons is the best Oral Surgeon ever, best bedside manners and funny and once again makes you feel comfortable. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Midwest Surgery.
I work for a referring dental office and have heard nothing but good things about Midwest! I reached out in regards to getting my wisdom teeth removed fairly sooner than later, and Diane was EXTREMELY helpful in the early on process of planning & taking my information, answering any and all questions I had. And Dr. Coffey was just awesome! Great smile, great personality, FANTASTIC doc! I am extremely grateful to him & his team of assistants today that made sure to ease my nerves & reassure me that I'm in good hands, and I definitely was! Thank you Dr. Coffey!
