Milargo Dental is definitely the place to go. They made me feel so comfortable compared to other dental offices I have been in the last 20 years. The staff was professional I had a slight complication after my procedure and called them up. They were willing to see me right away. Sometimes when I call they can't answer because they are on the phone with someone else but they give you the ability to text them. By the time I came back for a follow-up they knew me by name the moment I walked in. Which is pretty impressive considering I've been there 2 times. Definitely worth 5 Stars!!!
Very kind staff and Doctors. This office is clean, pleasant, and well designed for its purpose. The Hygienists are efficient, highly well trained and extremely good with people skills as well. Dr Kasha Ujda is exceptional and tuned in to both my and my Husband’s dental needs instantly. Hearing of her experience with such things as TMJ impressed me and I would trust her if I had to have work done in that area in the future. We would highly recommend this office for your Dental needs. They have the latest modern equipment and they are honest. We have been very disappointed and gotten bad service before here in Santa Fe so we are thrilled and relieved to find this Practice! After 7 1/2 years looking for honest dental services we finally found it here!
This place is the best. You can tell the staff love their jobs and get along well, everything seems to be in flow. My experience with cleaning was timely and thorough. The invisalign took longer than we had initially hoped for, but that's okay. That's the nature of teeth and now that I'm done, they look great. Lastly, I just want to add that as an autistic, I really appreciate the patience of the staff here. I often feel like a difficult client because I have a lot of questions (seeking full clarity), my tone and facial expressions can be kinda flat, and since I really struggle with some transitions, changing my teeth has been a big deal for me emotionally. I thoroughly appreciate both Myrna, who always takes a little extra time to explain what's going on so that I feel informed and fully consenting. And another staff member whose name I can't recall but she always has on these sick red shoes. There was one visit, on a particularly busy and loud day, when she encouraged me to leave my headphones on to drown out the noise, and that made my nervous system feel much calmer. I don't know if I put autism on my chart, and people can't usually tell because I'm a level 1, but whether they knew that or not, they do what they can to help me feel comfortable and that rocks.
Milgro Dental is a very well-run clinic. I always need to leave work for my appointments and appreciate they take me on-time and are efficient with the procedure so I can be back at my desk quickly. Today was no exception, and the attendant to my Invisalign polishing was gentle and fast! Thank you 😊
I'm stunned❣️ I had horrendous experiences with dentists for most of my life, but the AMAZING team at Milagro Dental TOTALLY understood my extreme sensitivity and fear. This was the first time I've EVER been able to COMPLETELY relax in a dental chair!!! Dr. Kasha is the BEST❣️ I am beyond blessed to have found a place to receive excellent dental care knowing I am safe and will never be hurt again 💖
