Going to an oral surgeon and having a tooth extracted is never a fun experience. This is the third one that Dr.Milano and his staff extracted from me. Everyone from the office staff to the medical assistants make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. This last visit was on a Friday afternoon. Everything went well and I left with paperwork explaining what to do for the next 24 hours. At 6pm on a Friday night, Dr.Milano personally called me to check on me. I explained to him that I was still bleeding. He immediately told me to meet him back at the office to recheck my mouth. He also had an assistant meet us as well. They spent close to an hour making sure I was okay. At 8:00, I was on my way home. Before I left, he gave me his personal private cell phone number and told me to call him if I had any problems and needed him. I was blown away that he and his assistant dropped everything on a Friday night and came in to take care of me, when I told him it wasn’t an emergency and I could meet him in the morning. Can’t say enough good things about him and his staff. Plus he’s an 80’s rocker whose office is more of a museum than a surgeons office which also helps put me at ease. 5 stars all the way
Dr. Milano did an extraction for my elderly mom. He took great care of her and was very kind. The office staff was patient and understanding. Would highly recommend.
The experience my son had with Dr. Milano and staff was absolutely wonderful, they truly made him feel so very comfortable that he totally forgot about his nerves. Filomena had explained everything possible to do with the surgery in such a professional manner that I was so at ease with. I thank everyone at the Dr's office for making things comforting for him . Special thanks to Filomena for being so thorough with the after surgery directions. 5☆☆☆☆☆
Dr. Milano and his team worked excellently during my wisdom teeth removal. It healed quickly and had no complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Milano DDS to anyone who is nervous about their first oral surgery!
I was referred to Dr Milano by my dentist, Dr Erin Hoye. BEST RECCOMENDATION EVER. Dr Milanos staff is awesome, caring friendly and understanding! Dr Milano is the best! He did a extraction of tooth and for someone who does not like dntist, he made me feel comfortable, he understood my fears and concerns and did awesome job with all! He checked on me personally and I can only say thank you to him , and his surgical team, who were great, and office staff who were awesome! Thank you all and God bless! CARL L.
