Had my first visit today. First impression: Great. Welcoming receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable about my entire dental plan. She takes the time to answer your questions and explain anything you may not understand. Dr. Asgari was equally great in his chairs idea manner and his skills. Throughout my procedure he was always concerned for my comfort. I never felt pain at any time and I was very pleased with the results. Highly recommend.
Best Dentist in Milford area, the staff is pleasant and Dr.ASGARI has a sweet demeanor about him. You can tell they are intentional about their work and craft. Also very goal oriented and deliver and delegate plans of action for your dental needs .
The hygienist is great, I’ve been to many in the past and always was very painful. This one is a relaxing experience. Excellent dentist also.
During my latest appointment in 2025 I had a routine cleaning completed on my teeth. The receptionist and dental hygienist kept asking me about my heart and possible health issues. I had never had these questions asked before as I am young and relatively healthy, so I didn't think much of it at the time. Come to find out- they had me confused with my father of the same name and they mixed up our files/records. So now my private health information is mixed into his file/vice versa? It would be one thing if just the receptionist made the mistake, but the hygienist did too. I had to call to rectify this, and I'm still not even sure if they fixed the file mix-up. How can you trust an establishment with your health that can't even get your paperwork right? I can't even trust them to give me accurate files to move onto my next dental office...
This dentist had dentures made for me. They did not fit well and they hurt, the dentist did a realignment for me, it was no good, so he did another realignment, again no good. When I went to him for the 3rd realignment I was told that it would cost me $300 to realign the faulty dentures and they asked me to sign a paper stating that I acknowledge that I cannot get a refund if the 3rd alignment does not work. I called my insurance and was told that I still had $1500 available this year for dental work and since this dentist is in network, they would have covered the realignment. The insurance (AETNA) suggested that I locate a new dentist, as they agreed to pay for a brand new set of dentures as long as the dentist is in network. Never would I recommend this dentist.
