My experience with Dr Qaisi was very good.Explanation of need oral surgery was very well explained and the surgical procedure was pretty much painless. Also, the staff was very professional and accommodating.
I had an awful experience at this clinic. Their ethics and integrity are close to zero. I was supposed to meet Dr. Qaisi, who is a good and friendly doctor. Unfortunately, I was not informed before the appointment that this clinic does not accept my insurance. Despite this, they still allowed Dr. Qaisi to provide the service. After the appointment, the cashier told me, “We don’t work with your insurance. I will file a claim on your behalf, and it will most likely be approved.” That turned out not to be true. I later called the oral surgery office to explain the situation. The cashier, who was extremely rude (based on other reviews, it appears to be the same person), told me they would not reimburse me, even though they clearly failed to inform me about the insurance coverage beforehand. She even yelled and said that my complaint would go nowhere and that I could not do anything about it. I feel sorry for this clinic and its staff. Please don’t go there. You may end up being unnecessarily billed thousands of dollars.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Most Difficult Tooth? Challenge Accepted!” I had my wisdom tooth removed yesterday by Dr. Mohammed Qaisi—and let me just say, he deserves a medal (or at least a really great review)! My case wasn’t an easy one: the tooth had a tricky root that refused to come out without a fight. But Dr. Qaisi handled it like a total pro. Here’s the fun part—I was literally taking selfies and videos during the surgery! That’s how comfortable and painless the whole thing was. Who knew wisdom tooth extraction could be selfie-worthy? Dr. Qaisi made the entire experience smooth, reassuring, and honestly kind of fun. His calm energy, gentle technique, and amazing team kept me relaxed the whole time. I couldn’t believe it was over so fast. If you’re anxious about wisdom teeth (especially complicated ones), trust me—you’re in the best hands with Dr. Qaisi. I came out smiling... and filming. This office is amazing! Everyone, from the front desk to the clinical staff in the back, is so kind and welcoming. Yolanda is the absolute best! she’s hilarious and makes every visit enjoyable. I will always recommend this office to anyone!
I went with a pain due to wisdom teeth. I had a pleasant experience at every step of the way. First, I spoke to Yolanda at the reception. She was kind enough to help me through with all my questions with lots of patience. She also stepped through the cost of the procedure clearly. Very kind and helpful. Secondly, Dr. Zager did the teeth extraction for me. I was concerned about the pain while going for the extraction but Dr Zager calmed me down, ensured that comfortable throughout the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain. He also called me later in the evening to see how I am doing and am I feeling good. Very pleasant experience.
