First visit at Miller Dental exceeding my expectations. A wonderful welcoming office with fantastic, transparent, and organized staff. Cortney was fabulous and explained every process thoroughly and seemed to care deeply about her work. Dr Duffy was also wonderful, personable and informative. Can’t wait to go back in 6 months!
Love Miller Dental, Im a big chicken with going to Dentist. I always feel at ease from rhe moment i walk in the door. Courtney always has my back , knows of my anxiety fear and gave dentist a heads up. Dr. Spivey and his assistant are top notch, caring, proffesional and informative. My insurance isnt even accepted here, but I wont go anywhere else! Thank you reception team too for being so welcoming and friendly!
New insurance, made a cleaning appointment, any problems, yes, my bite is off. Went at 11 am, got x rays and a cleaning. Very thorough. Hygienist also asked any problems, yes, bite is off, no worries, we can take care of that free of charge today. Dr. comes in, chats, any problems, yes bite is off, as was told when setting appointment and on my paperwork. Tells me I need to go to an endocrinologist to verity if I need a root canal and then she would do the crown on one tooth. Another tooth also needs a crown. I was at my old dentist 6 months ago and wasn't any issues, but I agree it should be considered. Okay, got a outline of cost for the two crowns. Okay, can you adjust my bite, no, another Dr. is out today and I have a tough case to get to, they can schedule you for another time, leaves, hygienist says maybe later today. I got to the counter, paid for the day, never asked if I could come back later. I asked for my x rays, waited until I received by email, and left at 1 pm. Now I never, ever was treated like this before. Two hours in the chair and a big bill with insurance to have more work done. Now I have had a lot of work done by dentists and to simply correct a bite is not that hard, blue paper, drill it down. She was a fast talker and got through the thousands for additional work, but could not accommodate a simple, maybe 10 minutes or less to fix my bite. One Star, I can pay thousands to another dentist. They will never touch my mouth again. Shameful. Then I get a call from the office manager because of a one star review and remarked that I wasn't happy about getting my bite fixed. I'm not calling them back to explain, it was just because of a complete and honest review and probably the loss of thousands for continuing work. Stay far away, there are many great dentists available, ones I wished still took my new insurance, but I will find one that can simply put a piece of blue paper in my mouth and drill a bite that is off. Again, shameful.
I had my first appointment with Miller Dental Group in Savannah, Georgia. I had implant surgery 13 years ago for all my uppers. I am 74 years old. My experience at Miller Dental Group was the best dentist experience in my life. The staff was so professional and the service rented was incredible.
My appointment was wonderful. I highly recommend Julia as a hygienist if you have any dentist anxiety. She talks to you about what's she's doing and checks in to make sure you're comfortable. Not to mention she is super friendly. The dentist was also very good about talking to me about concerns with my teeth and was also incredibly friendly. The office staff was also very kind and welcoming. Overall a great experience.
