Dr Judd Smith is amazingly competent, skilled, expertly practiced as well as kind & compassionate. He helped me understand treatment options & timeline of healing of the entire extraction & restoration process—he patiently listened to & answered all my questions. His staff is also kind, compassionate, competent & patient. Every staff member I’ve worked with from scheduling to billing to surgical assistants has been highly professional & amazing. Over the busy holidays I was helped by a staff member named Allison who assisted me with questions & care when a restoration healing abutment needed attention. The office was able to get me in & quickly resolve the issue—again during one of the busiest times in their practice. Huge thanks to Dr Smith & all the staff of MKE Oral Surgery & Implants for your time, expertise & assistance. Highly recommend this practice to anyone—you couldn’t be in better hands.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Milwaukee Oral Surgery in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Laura Gart performed my wisdom tooth extraction with outstanding precision and care. From the initial consultation to the follow-up, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The procedure itself was quick, nearly pain-free, and my recovery was much easier than anticipated. The entire team including Kristie at the reception and Gracie being the doctor's assistant at Milwaukee Oral Surgery, Glendale was welcoming, organized, and attentive to my comfort throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Laura Gart to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate dentist in the Milwaukee area.
Doctor was thorough. Explained everything in advance of doing it. All the assistants were helpful as well. They made sure that I understood everything, and they made sure I was comfortable as well. The procedure was simple and painless. I would highly recommend this office for oral surgery.
Everyone in the office was kind, professional and informative. The NP we met with several months prior to the procedure was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We found it very odd that we didn’t meet the doctor until after he removed our son’s wisdom teeth, and I think that occurred because I asked. It would have been nice to have a quick conversation that morning and been informed of the process for the day prior to the extraction. It felt quite impersonal and like we were just part of the revolving door.
A surprisingly lovely experience! The staff is top-notch and I would recommend Milwaukee Oral Surgery to anyone. Dr. Judd Smith and Ayesha were so kind and comforting through the whole experience. Front office staff also amazing. Thank you all so much for taking care of me!
