I went to MKC as my current dentist was having issues getting me in for a cleaning. The office did a great job working me into the schedule and the staff did great job on the check up and cleaning. They have a lot of advanced technology and tools and everyone in the office is very friendly, responsive and helpful so I would definitely recommend MKC as it his hard to find good dentists with great staff these days.
First time at this facility. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My experience was great. Loved how they made sure I understood everything that I needed to have done and gave me a great breakdown of what my insurance would cover and offered multiple ways for me to cover additional cost. It has been years since I've seen a dentist and im so glad I finally found a great care team.
The choice to switch dentists was the best decision for me. Going to MKC has been a great experience! The front office staff, Lei especially, are so helpful and efficient. My hygienist, Angie, is delightful and I enjoying her humming to music while she cleans my teeth! Dr Johnson is a great dentist and grateful to have made the switch to this office
I have a lot of dental anxiety and was dreading my dentist appointment. The staff at MK&C made me feel much more at-ease and comfortable than I expected. In my experience, clinics I have previously visited have been condescending and rude, and everyone at MK&C was kind. Holly, my hygienist, was especially great. Robin, the office manager, took the time to go over insurance details with me. Dr. Banks was fantastic, explained everything to me, and was encouraging - I don't dread future appointments. Highly recommend this clinic!
Love MK&C Dental Group! Honestly, it's the best dental office I've been too. The staff are always super friendly and Dr. Banks is awesome! Robin was very patient and helpful while walking me through billing and paperwork.
