Today I did come to modern dental arts. Since the minute you come in the employees treat you with a great respect and you feel at home, it is cozy and friendly. I started the process today and from the start they will tell you what is going on and make sure you are safe and not have any pain. It was amazing, first time that I did not had pain at all. I had an excellent experience at Dr. Patel’s office. From the moment I arrived, Lisa at the front desk made me feel welcome and comfortable with her friendly and professional manner. Amanda, the Dental Technician, was caring and attentive, explaining each step and ensuring I was at ease. Heather, the Dental Hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and very professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making my cleaning experience exceptional. Dr. Patel provided outstanding care with genuine attention to detail, expert knowledge, and a compassionate approach. Scheduling appointments was easy, and offered timely service. The entire team truly listens and goes above and beyond to make each visit a positive one. Highly recommend!
Amazing. That's all I can say. Dr. Pedro is a master of his craft. I had some horrible fillings from a previous dentist and began to to get cavities around them. They were awful. Dr. Pedro drilled out the old fillings and cavities and made my teeth perfect. The receptionist goes over all costs and insurance with you in detail. So happy I chose Modern Dental. I'm 45 and I've had many dentists in the past. This is where you want to go.
Dr. Petra is the best! I am so thankful I found this practice right after they opened in Waterford. All of the staff are kind and friendly. Dr. Petra gave me the most beautiful smile I could imagine. He was very nice and caring throughout my treatment. I highly recommend them.
A nice new clean and need I say modern dental office in Waterford next to BIG Lots. I've had quite a bit of dental work in my 68 years and Dr Petro is one of the best! The front ladies, Lisa and Angela are very helpful, warm and keep things moving right along. Dr. Petro Matsyshyn is an amazingly gentle, kind and patient dentist with a very pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor. I needed a molar extracted, an implant placed there a well as a new crown and was naturally apprehensive with getting my first implant. With Dr Petro's calm and reassuring manner, he accomplished both of these and I literally never felt a thing! This oral surgery and implant was a breeze and nothing to be nervous about!I guess having earned his degree from Columbia University in New York City is why he is so accomplished, confident and knowledgeable. Slava Ukraini! Special kudos to Heather the meticulous, thorough and funny dental hygienist who likes to joke saying shes Heather from Hell but I say Healther from Heaven! Ya gotta love her!
