I recently had a fantastic experience at my Molina Family Dentistry and felt compelled to share just how positive it was. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the waiting area was clean, comfortable, and calming. I barely had to wait before being called back. Dr. Molina was incredibly professional, patient, and kind throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and made sure I was comfortable. I especially appreciated how clearly he described my treatment options and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The dental hygienist was very attentive to my comfort. I’ve had sensitive teeth in the past, but this was one of the most comfortable applications I’ve ever had. The office itself was spotless and equipped with modern technology, which made the whole visit feel efficient and up to date. What stood out most to me was the genuine care and professionalism of the entire team. It’s clear they prioritize patient comfort and high-quality care. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and truly dedicated to their patients, I highly recommend this practice. Going to the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to—but this team definitely makes it a pleasant experience!
Switched from a larger dentistry office in Laredo to Dr. Molina. His office provided a more personalized and comfortable experience, answering my questions and catering to my specific needs yet still getting me on my way quickly. The team, including Dr. Molina, takes their time with you, instead of doing a quick assessment and moving to a different patient. Going to the dentist is never fun, but you can tell they put thought and effort in making this a good experience for anyone that goes through their door.
The staff was so polite, professional and welcoming. The office was so clean and calming. Dr. Molina and his staff had great bedside manners and they did everything possible to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Service was amazing makes me actually look forward to my next appointment.
I was recommended to visit Dr Arturo Molina for issues which were painful and uncomfortable while consuming any food/drink. Dr Molina was very patient and resolved the problem, it took more than a couple of hours, and took a few days for normalcy, but it didn't end there, the Clinic followed up periodically over the next couple of weeks to monitor and keep a tab on my progress, which I found extremely considerate and professional as well. I would highly recommend this Dentistry Clinic.
My absolute favorite dental office!! I am Dr. Molina's wife but also incredibly honest in every aspect (as we should be as spouses, right?). He is very gentle! I've been to several dentists growing up, and Dr. Molina Sr. and Jr. are both AMAZING dentists. Of course, Sr. retired, but we're left with his legacy-- his son! I love that Dr. Molina Jr. takes his time explaining treatment and his findings. This isn't a quick, get in and out visit. This is a you-get-your-time's-worth visit. And the staff? THE BEST! They are always kind, hard working, FUNNY, and incredibly knowledgeable in everything they do. Truly, this office stands out in everything they do!
