A very pleasant and painless event. The Doc and Darlene kept me comfortable as they walked me through stages of my new 3D crown. They have current technology and know how it is to be used. A+ compared to other dentists that I have experienced. They make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. A well put together team. Enthusiastic and on-the-ball. Well done!!
One of the better experiences I have had here in the last few years. Everyone was courteous, professional, and on time. The hygienist was efficient and my mouth did not ache afterwards. I have also been impressed by the new (newer) dentist that has taken over the practice.
First appointment was today. Clean, welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I came into contact with were helpful and answered all my questions. And, THEY HAVE WARM WATER IN THE SPRAYER! My teeth didn’t get that horrible shock of ice cold water being sprayed on them during the cleaning. The plan to get my teeth back into shape was explained thoroughly before I left. Very impressed with the entire process!
Customer service and Jennifer, the registered dental hygienist, are excellent... very friendly and thorough. Dr. Jordan ( or James ) Kline is IN NETWORK with HumanaChoice H5216-223 (PPO). Just make sure you tell the Humana Rep. Kline's middle name is ALSO JAMES because he's not listed as James! 😉 I've been attending as a patient for about 5 years. One year ago, Dr Kline replaced the previous dentist...he's friendly. However, I need more time to conclude the quality of his service.
This practice is awesome!! Everyone is super friendly. I am new to Montrose. I went for a dental cleaning, my hygienist was Jennifer. She was FABULOUS. Friendly, confident, thorough, and kind! Dr Jordan is also new to Montrose. His calm, friendly demeanor is welcoming and definitely keeps anxiety low! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this practice!!
