My observations: This is a new dental office for me. Not in any order. 1. Dr. Dan consulted with me in great depth. He never seemed rushed and he answered all of my questions about a choice of treatment plans. 2. The office staff young ladies are all most professional. And they also never seemed to be rushing the conversation. 3. Office appearance: This, without a doubt is the most awesome dental office I have ever seen! Beautiful and modern design throughout. 4. Neatness: Unlike many dental offices, this one is absolutely super neat. Nothing was out of place. Everything seemed geared to efficiency. 5. Everyone seemed to work as a unit. 6. My only concern was with their telephone system. Every time I spoke to their office the volume was very low and I had difficulty hearing them. They said they would look into it. Everything considered I am looking forward to this office caring for my dental needs from this point forward.
I've required a couple different dental issues within this past year as well as 6 months cleanings. Every experience with Dr. Drakulich and his team has been possitive and pleasant (yes, I'm talking dentistry).They have a very well run office; all are friendly and efficient; Dr. Dan exudes confidence with a friendly demeanor. Dentistry has come a long way and with each procedure I've never experienced pain. It's hard to experience all available local dentists but I'm happy I selected Montrose Family Dental
We are very grateful for the staff in endeavoring to meet our needs. They got me in earlier than expected as I was needing a procedure that would have delayed treatment until after the first of the year. Thank you!
The waiting room was comfortable and with nice decor. My wait time was minimal. Staff was introduced and they were pleasant. Dr. Drakulich met me and showed personal interest in me, my dental history and lifestyle. His examination was more thorough than I’ve had from other dentists. I’m comfortable with his assessment and will see him again in a year barring any dental problems that require immediate action.
Dr. Dan is an excellent dentist. He scheduled me for an exam immediately as a new patient to fix a previous loose dental crown that had been done by another dentist. He thoroughly examined my tooth and explained what had been done before by a previous dentist. He then fixed the problem and informed me what is the best treatment going forward. I feel very confident in his assessment and assured by his professionalism. The staff at Montrose Family Dental is phenomenal. They are very professional and kind. They were in constant communication with me and my past dentists. They arranged and coordinated all my dental records to be sent to them to ensure that on my appointment all would be completed and ready so that Dr. Dan could assess my situation. I highly recommend this practice and I am now a new happy patient. Thank you.
