When I went to Monumental Dental, I was immediately greeted by a very polite and professional receptionist, and not long after I was brought into the back to get looked at. I was there to get a quote for a crown and a filling on my front two teeth, and walked out of there with my teeth fixed up in no time. The dentist, Trey Parker, truly cared about the process and making sure the crown matched perfectly. It made me consider the artistry of being a dentist! Not only was the procedure painless and quick, it was also inexpensive compared to every other dentist I had gotten a quote with prior. I would recommend this dentist to ANYONE who is looking for anything done to their teeth. The whole staff there cares about their job and cares about getting you in and done right.

Dr. Parker and the crew were wonderful! The whole team was very communicative and helpful. I appreciated how transparent they were from start to finish…i.e. what to expect with my insurance, my out-of-pocket, and explaining my dental needs and their processes/procedures. I’ve had a hard time finding a Dentist on the western slope and am very happy to have found a fantastic one!

I was looking forward to establishing care with this dental office, but unfortunately, my first visit left me feeling unwelcome and disappointed. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unengaged. There was little to no greeting or acknowledgment, which immediately set a negative tone. The hygienist was more professional, but the overall environment lacked warmth and hospitality, as not much conversation took place. I expect some engagement such how my teeth look or questions about my overall hygiene health. It felt more like I was a number on a schedule than a patient seeking care. Once Dr. Parker came in it got much warmer and caring, he made up for the lack of warmth front the front desk manager.

I sometimes feel like I am not sitting in the chair while Dr. and assistant are talking about my mouth. Do I have cavities, or what exactly is my schedule for treatment. Oh, yeah, an appointment will be made to do impressions and hopefully I will have teeth by the holiday.

Pleasant, friendly staff. I was seen on an emergency basis to have a crown recemented. Thankful they were able to fit me in. Having been in the dental field myself, I would definitely recommend Monument Dental. 😊
