I have a beautiful new smile! Dr Walker is truly a professional artist. She's highly skilled, detail oriented and conscientious about the quality of her work. We had trouble with a front tooth crown but Dr. Walker creatively solved the problem and it looks and feels like my natural tooth did. She and her team did extensive restoration work on my remaining teeth and crafted partials that are well fitted and comfortable. Everyone is warm, friendly and helpful. They were sensitive to my discomfort with dental tools and compassionately helped eased my distress. I can't get over how good my smile looks now. I grin with new confidence.
Great experience! Our dental hygienist is the sweetest! My kids feel comfortable and at ease with her. Today was my son's first cleaning - our hygienist was so encouraging to him. We have also had a great experience with our dentist, Dr. Walker. Both her and the hygienist explain what they're doing with great detail and patiently answer my questions.
Everyone at this office is so friendly, personable and helpful. The hygienist (I saw Donna) took her time to make me feel safe and comfortable, answered every question I had, and was fun to be around. Though my cleaning was long, long overdue, she didn’t make me feel embarrassed or guilty about it. Dr. Morgan was kind, efficient, and warm. He answered every question clearly and was lovely to be around. I brought my two year old for her first cleaning and they were extremely sensitive to her trepidation, and adapted to every move she made smoothly. They were wonderful with her and she left the office asking if she could go back to the dentist soon. You won’t regret switching to this practice.
I appreciated that I was able to get my new. Patient forms filled out ahead of time online and when I walked in everything was efficiently ran. I was able to get into the office within 10 minutes of arrival. and was seen within 10 minutes after being put in a room. I appreciate that The staff read my documentation and knew that I went by a name, other than my first name. Upon being seen by the dentist, I was told clearly and concisely of what the next plans would be, and was given an opportunity to take time to decide What course to take. I was seen by Dr. Walker and I appreciated her expertise.
I was getting some dental work done today and a thought crossed my mind,... "I like coming to see the dentist." I, honestly, surprised myself with this realization. Everytime I go the dentist, I am nervous. The difference at Morgan Family Dental Group is, I don't stay that way for long. As soon as I open the door, I am always greeted by recepition's happy smiling faces, which helps lessen my anxiety and makes me feel welcome. They handle any changes in scheduling with a level of grace and consideration that no one can be upset about. The dental technicians are a bright bridge for me from the receptionists to the dentists. They ensure that I understand the treatment plan and that I am comfortable during the process. All of this, lessens my apprehension even more. By the time my dentist, Dr. Michelle Walker, arrives the last of my anxiety fades away. Even with a needle and drill in her hand, she is the best dentist that I have ever come in contact with. She is always kind and informative. She shows a level of patience in communicating and in preforming her craft. It doesn't matter, if I need a simple cleaning or major dental work, there is no judgment. From calming conversation, to patiently ensuring that all numbing medication has taken affect, to taking pride in her work, Dr. Walker has never made me feel like a number. I have been a patient for over 3 years. I have never had a negative experience with this dental office, even when I have been scheduled with other dentists within the group. I think, it's the things that go beyond professionalism here, which has turned my avoidance of the dentist into a routine appointment no worse than visiting a salon or barbershop. If you are looking for a dentist, Morgan Family Dental Group is it. They are more than what you would expect out of a dentist. True, they are skilled professionals that enjoy their work. But most importantly, at least to me, they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you, Morgan Family Dental Group for all that you do. You are appreciated.
