I truly truly would love to say that I had the most wonderful experience. I could ever have with your office I knew as soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I had butterflies in my belly because I knew that it was going to be a positive outcome and that I have someone to listen to me and try to figure out what is going on and trying to help me so I can try to live the rest of my life somewhat normal if possible. But the moment I talked to Drake, I had the biggest smile from ear to ear because I am finally finally having somebody listen to me and hear me out because I’m crying out for help my body is crying out for help, YES, depression with the life problems I have had to battle through but most of all I have to stay positive and think positive it will get better. Promise it will get better baby steps and a smile goes along way. Thank you!!! God bless you!!! 🙏🏼💜
Update: Surgery was yesterday to begin the process. They took great care to make sure I did not feel pain or discomfort during the procedure. Unfortunately, I return to work tomorrow so they fit me back in today for adjustments. And scheduled me next week for any relines I may need. For me, that proves they truly care about my comfort through this. They have also been so ready to answer any questions I have had. They have explained in great detail every step. Thank you to each and every one of you. I have been seeing Morganrown Dentures and Implants for the past couple of months, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the care they provide is absolutely exceptional. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I cannot wait to see the outcome. Thank you to everyone there. You definitely make an uncomfortable situation so much better.
It’s honestly hard to put into words how incredible our experience at Morgantown Dentures and Implants has been. My girlfriend underwent the All on X procedure here and from the very first consultation all the way through surgery and every follow up visit, we felt supported, heard, and truly cared for. This entire process was life changing for her, and it would not have been possible without this amazing team. Dr. Sud is not only extremely skilled, but genuinely one of the kindest and most patient doctors I have ever met. I came in with a million questions every single time and he never once made me feel rushed. He was happy to answer every single one. He took the time to explain everything clearly and compassionately, which gave us so much peace of mind. His passion for what he does is evident. Roy is an absolute perfectionist and it shows in his work. His attention to detail is nothing short of incredible. Jenna and Kelsey are knowledgeable, highly skilled, and play a huge role in making everything come together smoothly and comfortably. Drake made the consultation process easy and reassuring from the very beginning and continued to support us at every appointment throughout the entire process. Megan is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful every time we are in the office. We are beyond grateful for every single person on this team. This experience has truly changed DeAndra’s life, her confidence, and her happiness. And now we both can’t stop smiling.
The team at MDI is really top notch and feels more like a family than a dentist office. I started my journey back in August and just had my extraction and implant insertion a week ago. I’ve always been afraid of the dentist, and as soon as Doc knew I was feeling anxious, he and his assistant made me even more comfortable before continuing with the procedure. The procedure was smooth, went by so quickly, and I’m very happy with my results. Megan has been amazing in helping me with filling out tons of paperwork for my job for medical leave, answering questions right away, and getting anything I need taken care of quickly. The day after surgery, I had a concern, texted the office number after hours, and Doc called me right away to discuss my concern and ease my mind. The fact that I could reach them after hours and actually talk to the doctor was just amazing to me, I’ve never experienced a doctors office caring so much that you can reach them after they leave the office. I feel truly cared about at MDI. This is a long journey, but I’m so, so glad to have these amazing people by my side as I go through this life changing process.
Just completed initial consultation. Megan, Drake, and Dr. Sudhin Krishnan were excellent! Made me feel very comfortable with the practice. With Drake the financing was seamless. Can’t wait to have All-On-4 upper and lower implants. Being very familiar with implants this practice has the best pricing I have seen. They are much cheaper than the local dental school.
