Today’s visit to this dental office was not just a medical appointment, but a truly human and caring experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuine warmth, attention, and a sincere desire to help. The front desk staff welcomed me with kindness and calm professionalism, which immediately eased any anxiety. The dentist and assistants were incredibly gentle, patient, and highly professional. They explained every step of the process and constantly checked on how I was feeling, which created a strong sense of trust and comfort. What stood out the most was the atmosphere. You can truly feel that the team here works with heart, not just by routine. You never feel like “just another patient” — you feel seen, respected, and genuinely cared for. I am deeply grateful to the entire team for their hard work, compassion, and dedication. Thank you for your professionalism, your kindness, and for doing your job with such care and humanity. This is a place you can trust and confidently return to. Highly recommended
I have tried some other dental offices in the area, and I will most definitely be sticking with this one. They’re very professional, clean, have all the top of the line equipment, super comforting- like if you hate the dentist, go here because they’ll make you not hate it. Or at least make you able to go take care of yourself and not be terrified to do so, if that’s something you face. Everything about my experience was fabulous- from the organization and ease of checking in, to the questions asked on the paperwork they email to you- “do you have things that would make your visit more comfortable” for instance. They offer options like a blanket, headphones, etc. Anyhoozers, if you’re looking, you should check em out.
This was my first visit, looking for a new Dentist close to me. The entire staff/team was very welcoming and attentive. Kept me well informed as the exam went along, everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I will be returning for a couple of crowns in the near future. So will see how that all goes.
My anxiety level was high due to a bad experience with a Dentist when I was much younger. From the beginning I was greeted with a smile and understanding, and some humor. Unfortunately I am not good with remembering names because I’m a Bartender and Cocktail Waitress at the Skagit Casino, I meet many people in a day. My overall experience today was very positive. They were absolutely awesome with helping me feel comfortable and less stressed. 5 😃😃😃😃😃
Recently moved to the area and needed to find a dentist for my husband and I and Smile Design had 5 stars on Google and was accepting new patients. Super happy with my first visit and exams. Very thorough and felt well taken care of. Everything they did was well explained in advance and Dr Whitney checked in throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and in no pain. Great overall experience and highly recommend this Dental clinic. A little less nervous about seeing a dentist after this visit. Thank you
