I'm very pleased with Mountain Empire Dental. they are very reliable. They make you feel comfortable when you go in. They explain what's going on before they do it. They walk you through the procedure and they would hold your hand if necessary. I believe I've had several things done there and I've always come out with a smile Dr. Lawson. He is awesome! His staff is awesome. I would recommend them highly to anyone.
Since my very first visit, this team has gone above and beyond. They always find a way to get me in quickly and even call if there’s a cancellation so I don’t have to wait. The entire staff is professional, welcoming, and truly cares about their patients. You don’t feel like just another appointment — you feel like family. Highly recommend!
Wow wow wow. Extremely impressed and satisfied with my new crown. Dr Trevor is smart enough to incorporate actually manufacturing the zirconia crown right there on location. This saved me money because I didn't lose another day of work. Jenny was the assistant who didn't get annoyed by my gazillion questions and was really in sinc with Dr Trevor. I had an amazing experience going to dentist which sounds crazy. Hopefully I get a cavity soon so I can go back ;-)
I have been coming here for a few years now and am very pleased with all the friendly folks at Mountain Empire Dental! They got me in really fast after a cancelation! My tooth extraction yesterday took a while longer than I expected but despite some scary, "crunching" sounds, the procedure was absolutely painless! Here it is, the next day, I'm eating just fine and, so far there is absolutely no residual pain or bleeding today whatsoever! They all really know what theyre doing, starting with the receptionist, who is absolutely awesome! I am so happy to get this procedure out of the way! Everyone is so pleasant and professional and strive to make patients comfortable and relaxed! I don't really like to have to go to the dentist but the staff here certainly make my visits here more relaxing and tolerable! I don't know how they do it? Classes? ...Therapy? Keep up the good work! Thank y'all!😁
Never dread going to the dentist. The office is always friendly & professional. I never feel rushed. Dr Cagle & his team always explain procedures. My appt. today was with Kelly, the hygienist. She is great, so thorough & gentle. Also, very personable & knowledgeable.
