When I had my top teeth pulled the dentist I went to didn’t listen to my concerns really cared less and due to that it was a terrible experience. I went to ( Mountain State Oral) today. They listened to what I had to say made me feel comfortable explained it all to me. The best decision i made was going there. They treat you like a person not a payday. I highly recommend them. Thanks for making me feel welcome and safe.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, it wasn't crowded, so I was seen quickly. The nurse and doctor were great, made me feel at ease immediately. I'd definitely recommend them for your oral needs!
The doctor was late ,I waited on her an hour and a half ! But the nurses made up for her by being so thoughtful and caring. They helped me stay calm . But as soon as the doctor was ready, they made sure I was comfortable and ready to go ! I still would recommend going there to have any dental work done!!!
I loved it there and sense I went ahead and listen to everything one about it being the perfect time to get my wisdom teeth removed it’s only my second day but it feels good
Service was prompt and comprehensive. The staff there was very kind and lively and even allowed me time to make payment arrangements with family prior to the surgery which was really cool. I never felt rushed or pressured into any decisions and they were very professional. They were very transparent about options for my procedure and provided excellent care before and after surgery. I went in after two weeks of the worst pain imaginable and my post operative state makes it we’ll worth the visit. Great place.
