I was visiting Gillette for a tattoo from Colorado Springs when I unexpectedly started having some serious dental issues that needed immediate attention. I first called another office that was fully booked, but they kindly referred me to Mountain West Dental. From the moment I called, the receptionist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding of my situation. Even though their schedule was already full, she went out of her way to speak with the dentist and made sure I was able to be seen right away. The dentist was not only thorough and professional but also very kind and compassionate. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and ultimately prescribed antibiotics to treat my infection. I truly felt cared for and never once like I was a burden or inconvenience. To make the experience even more special, one of the staff members I met happened to be a fellow graduate from my high school in Casper—go Trojans! That little connection made me feel even more at home. I am so grateful to Mountain West Dental for their kindness, honesty, and genuine care. It’s rare to find a dental office that makes you feel both welcomed and reassured in a stressful moment, and I deeply appreciate everything they did for me. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into such a positive experience.
My wife and I were visiting from out of town when she suddenly had issues with an infected implant. We were stressed and didn’t know where to turn, but this office welcomed us in right away, even at the last minute. From the front desk to the dental staff, everyone was so warm, caring, and reassuring. They treated us like longtime patients, not visitors passing through, and made us feel comfortable the whole time. We never once felt like we were a burden, and that meant so much in the middle of a trip gone sideways. We are so grateful for the kindness and care they showed us—it truly turned a tough situation into a positive experience.
