I had an abscess and made an appointment with this dental office. I had the extreme pleasure of having Karen answer the phone and help me schedule the appointment. She is warm-hearted and caring and a great first person contact! When I got there I felt very comfortable because the atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. Then I was greeted by AyRron, the person who would assist the doctor during my extraction. She is a sensational person too! She made me feel like I was a friend already. Dr Garn is phenomenal at what he does! He made me feel at ease and explained to me exactly how the procedure would go. I didn't feel uncomfortable and I didn't feel any pain during the extraction. I would give a hundred stars to these three people that I encountered at this dental office because this kind of service should go down in history!
Bit a fingernail and chipped my front tooth! Mountain West fixed it up, but a few days later it broke again. They scheduled me in super fast—and unbelievably, just an hour before my appointment, I slipped while lifting some plywood and smacked my face right into the edge, breaking my other front tooth! 😬 Thankfully, Mountain West Family Dental did a wonderful job repairing both teeth that very same day. So thankful for their amazing care!
I’m so glad I found this office after bouncing around to different Flagstaff dentists in the past. The front desk staff is always so friendly and welcoming, and Karen especially goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. I’ve been a patient here since it was Hallberg Dentistry, and the transition to Dr. Garn has been seamless. He is a very professional dentist, and all of the hygienists I’ve seen have been super nice as well. It truly feels like a great team, and I always feel well taken care of here. Highly recommend!
Great dentist - I was nervous when it changed hands but they have been fantastic! Laura who cleaned my teeth is the best I've had, the doc just worked on my teeth for two new caps with some other stuff involved and was fantastic, billing has been very helpful and graceful. I cannot recommend highly enough! In a town where it is hard to find medical care - this place is top notch for your teeth.
5 stars for Dr. Garner and staff who took over Hallberg dentistry. Loved my new hygienist, Bri, hoping I will get her every time. She was very friendly, thorough and attentive to my teeth. So far, I’ve had great interactions with Dr. Garner also. Handsome and friendly Dr.! Yep, I’m happily married, lol!!! 😂 Office staff was great too. Super helpful! Mountain West is great, give them a try. 🦷 🥇
