Dr. Lisenby and his team are by far the best! Every experience with them is the best I have ever had in my entire life at a dentist office. Dr. Lisenby explains things in an easy to understand and straightforward manner while being extremely caring and gentle. While I had my last procedure, he verbalized what he was about to do so I wasn’t taken off guard and was put at ease throughout the entire process. He doesn’t make you feel bad for not having perfect dental health like some dentists I’ve had previously and he has several sedation options; making the experience catered to your preference. His staff are equally just as amazing. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienists, they are all super friendly, encouraging, nurturing and knowledgeable. The office itself is comfortable and inviting. I have dental anxiety from poor past experiences at other dentists and Moxie is restoring my dental comfort with their exceptional care. It feels so good to have found such a great dentist. Dr. Lisenby and his team are incredible. I highly recommend Moxie Dental.
We recently landed at Moxie Dental after finding that they were one of few that took Delta Insurance and I’m so glad we did! They were incredibly kind, thorough, welcoming. Loved Dr. Lisenby. Even in the short time I spent with him, I could just tell that he has a genuine care for his patients. We love it at Moxie!
Moxie Dental was answered prayer for our family! We had a tooth needing to be pulled for our 9yr old. Dr. L & his staff quickly scheduled him for a next day appointment, provided a trusting and kind environment, and helped make the entire experience painless! This is going to be long, but well worth the read. Where can I start such an amazing experience? 1) I need more than 5-stars to do so! Haha I sit in the parking lot at the business still writing this, literal minutes after they took care of me. It started with my old dentist basically withholding my X-rays from them. Which almost caused me to miss my appointment. I say “almost” because Dr. Lisenby’s was NOT letting that happen. His assistant Taylor (she deserves 10 stars herself) called me and said he will handle it. 3 hours later I’m in a chair and ready to rock. This has been by far the best experience of my life business wise, and I mean from any field, restaurant, etc. no service will top this. They are VERY knowledgeable, doc does NOT play around and wants you feeling your best. He listened to every question I had, every concern, if I had any issues, he stopped and took everything at my own pace and put me in control, even though he did all the work. It’s not just those 2. This whole office is VERY professional. Very clean kept business, they dress extremely well, and not once did they make me feel unwelcome, or feel like my questions or concerns were too much. This is an experience that will stick with me for a life time!! No more pain!!! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! I owe you all the world!!! -Alex
The entire staff was so welcoming and made our experience wonderful. After moving, we had to find a new dentist, and the great reviews for Moxie Dental were so accurate! We’re very happy to have chosen Dr. Lisenby and his team.
