Had my wisdom teeth removed for no reason at this place as the surgery I had them removed for never happened. Wasted time and money. Staff will tell you incorrect information just to avoid having to ask or notify the correct parties when they're unsure of something themselves.
Office was overbooked. My 93 yr old grandmother with advanced dementia waited one hour in the waiting room and another 20 min in the chair. Dentist came in and barely greeted her. Did not spend any time explaining or introducing him self. Came at her with a huge needle with no explanation and was surprised when she screamed. No bedside manner what so ever. Did not even have the decency to apologize for the one hour delay. This was a disappointing visit. we won’t be returning.
Went in to get all 4 wisdom teeth out about a week ago and everything went great! very little to no pain immediately after surgery and in the following days just some light soreness. Overall I highly recommend Dr Banki and his team.
I had my cracked molar extracted, implant and bone graph done here at the same time. I would recommend Dr. Frank Paletta for these procedures to my friends and family. Fast, efficient and correct.
Incompetent staff didn't listen to anything I said on the phone. I was booked for an appointment for services they don't even offer and for a doctor that doesn't exist at that location. I had a previous referral for a canceled appointment for different services and they rebooted me for that instead of what I needed. Such a waste of time. Ill never go back
