Today was my first visit to Mt Baldy Dental Center, and I was very impressed with Dr. House and his staff. I was seen for a dental exam, and feel this was the most thorough exam I have ever had (and I’ve had many over my 65 years)! Dr. House was professional, friendly, and explained everything during the exam. He also asked several times if I had any questions, which I feel is very important. The office was immaculate, and the waiting area was well appointed with a laidback vibe, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. So happy to have found my new dental “home”!
I’ve had a lot of dentistry work and Mt. Baldy is the most friendly and professional office I have ever been a patient of. Dr House never misses a moment to teach his assistants and is always patient and generous with everyone.
Going to a new dentist can be a stressful experience. Not so with Mt Baldy Dental Center. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made the right choice. Everything was low key but professional, the staff exceptionally friendly. Could not have made a better choice for my new dentist, Dr. Prins, and the staff.
Having switched dentists due to a retirement, I have been pleasantly surprised by the change of service. From the Office Staff to the Hygenists, the cleanliness of the facility to professionalism of the dentists, I have nothing but compliments. I had a molar filling replaced, same day, after inquiring about a possible appointment. I appreciated the visit enough to write a google review.
I was referred to Dr. Prins and I'm so happy I did. I was seen the very next day. I was anxious as dental work scares me. He and the others there were amazing and talked to keep me more relaxed and also checked on me throughout the procedure.
