My hygienist Veronica was amazing! She is very good at her job and very thorough. She took her time to educate me on the importance of oral hygiene and how to maintain the perfect smile! If I could give her more than five stars I would! I for sure will be returning and asking for her! GO VERONICA !!!!
If you want professional, down to earth, amazing people, then this is the place for you. I brought my 15 year old daughter(Karissa) here and right away I got a good vibe from this place. All the women in here are so sweet and very informative. My daughter is very shy and anxious around new people but they made her feel very comfortable. The hygienists was her favorite. She told Karissa about changes she could make to have overall better dental hygiene, which was very educating. She also provided some samples for my daughter, which made her happy. The dentist is a really friendly guy and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. He made me feel confident he’s going to take good care of Karissa. The woman who handles the billing is a sweetheart. She was upfront about charges and the dental plan, unlike some other places I have been . They will work with you if there are certain things that insurance won’t cover. I could go on and on. I just want to say THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU in the office, for creating a great environment, and the amazing work you do. It’s truly making a difference in our life. I HIGHLY recommend coming here.
We truly love My Ontario Dentist and their entire team. The staff is always so friendly, caring, and welcoming. They consistently go above and beyond to help, and they are absolutely wonderful with our 7-year-old, which means so much to us as parents. One challenge we occasionally experience is last-minute schedule changes—being asked to come in earlier or reschedule appointments, sometimes on the day of. We completely understand that illnesses and emergencies happen and always do our best to accommodate when we can. As working professionals, it can sometimes be difficult since we carefully plan our days around scheduled appointments. Overall, we are very thankful for the compassionate care, patience, and kindness shown by the entire team and are grateful to have such a caring dental office for our family. I would 100% recommend them!

The Dr and staff are top notch, I am speaking as a new patient and 1st visit/ consultation they have a fact based conversation about the patient goals, listening to the patient and then offering a very detailed explanation of a path forward for the best outcome and treatment plan that is appropriate and effective. This Dentist will ask you questions and foster a conversation with suitable suggestions for your individual needs I assure you that you will have a experience & conversation that is not very common in most dental offices taking nothing away from other dental professionals this is a office setting that will very much empower you to make educated decisions with specific information tailored to your needs and dare I say reasonable wants of where you the patient wants the end result of the procedure/procedures to end up with a very successful case. Thank you for your time, guidance and support in developing a case plan that I feel empowered as a patient that the end result will be very successful and satisfying to everyone involved in the treatment process!
