I never missed my yearly cleanings since I was 19 years old but needed to find a new dentist since my hygienist at my previous dentist was too painful. I started seeing Dr. Stringer in Cookeville March 2025 and just had my 2nd cleaning- absolutely love it here! The hygienist is gifted with gentleness and did an amazing job. Dr. Springer has a wonderful kindness about him, very professional and friendly. Very pleased with my decision to switch! Love!
Dr. Stringer is by far the best dentist that has ever walked the Earth. I have been going to him for about 40 years. There will never be another like him.
I don't usually write reviews, but Dr. Stringer and the ladies in his office deserve 5 stars! I've always had bad dental anxiety and had a toothache and had to make a last minute appointment. They got me in same day and were so nice to work with and definitely made me feel more comfortable! I'll be switching to his office permanently!
Dr Stringer and his staff are very pleasant, efficient and competent. Dr Stringer has been able to handle my emergency situations immediately. The bridges he has done for myself and my husband were beautiful and sturdy. The only caution i could think of is if you are prone to tardiness this is not your dentist. You will not wait long for him and he will be waiting on you at the chair so you had better be on time. Highly recommended and you will be very fortunate and pleased if accepted as a new patient.
Truly wonderful experience! Another corporate dental office who shall remain nameless insisted I had a severe periodontal disease and needed a $2000+ deep cleaning. I was told that my teeth were so bad that it would be dangerous to clean my teeth without sedation, so I left my cleaning appointment without having a cleaning. They measured my gums and most of my measurements were 4’s, 5’s, and 6’s. Measurements of 1, 2, and 3 are healthy. Imagine my surprise when Dr. Stringer’s office measured my gums with mostly 2’s and 3’s. They could not explain why the other office had diagnosed me with irreversible periodontal disease. They gave me a thorough cleaning during my appointment, and my teeth have never felt better. Elysia, the hygienist, was very gentle and so fun to talk to. I think I would follow her to any office she went to! But everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. I will remain a patient of this office as long as I live in Cookeville. I am so glad I sought a second opinion from them.
