I had my first visit at Nampa Smiles today because I was experiencing some tooth sensitivity. From the beginning, everything felt organized and respectful of my time. I received a text to complete my paperwork in advance, and when I arrived, everything was already ready — which I really appreciated. The team was kind, professional, and courteous. They took the time to answer my questions and were honest about my situation. They didn’t try to upsell or suggest unnecessary treatments, which means a lot after past experiences elsewhere. I left feeling relieved and well cared for. I will definitely return and recommend them.

Was easy to arrange an appointment. The receptionist was friendly & professional. Teresa was gentle & thorough when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Gray was prompt in coming in & checked my teeth carefully. I appreciated his caring attitude.

Awesome greeting by the dentist dr fox, he did a great job. Dental assistant Angie did a lot of work on my teeth and did a great job. And nice greeting and work by the dental hygienist Makala. And a nice warm welcome by the front desk as well. Nice quiet peaceful environment. I look forward to coming back and getting more work completed here. Thank you David Thom

I LOVE Nampa Smiles off 12th street! I have really bad anxiety (which causes dental anxiety) and whether it's the doctor or the assistants, even the front office staff, they have always created a space for me to get comfortable and greet me with patience. They are always so kind and allow me to sort of "direct" the appointment. I have had two different appointments (one last year, one a few days ago) for fillings and they allowed me to put earbuds in and I asked for them to not announce any of their actions to me, because if I know when they are giving a shot, it will hurt. I am so grateful I found the dental office I will continue to go back to every time!
