Let me just start with saying how lucky I am to have found this practice! From the moment I walked in to make my first appointment, the girls in the front office were so attentive, friendly and efficient. I was having a lot of tooth discomfort, they asked if I wanted to be seen right away but I was working at the time and could not come in that day. I scheduled first thing Monday morning. I did my paperwork on line so when I arrived for my appointment I was taken back very quickly. The technicians in the back were so attentive , kind and very professional. Dr. Etessam is so nice, knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done to fix my abscess tooth. The girls printed everything out before I accepted the treatment plan, prices and all. Dr. Etessam is super reasonable with his pricing. This is the first time I feel I can actually take care of my teeth without breaking the bank. I am grateful for this practice and plan to send many more his way:)

I got 2 lower wisdom teeth out that were very impacted. I am not a dentist so I expect the truth when I go to a doctors office relating to my mouth. I do not know what the healing process is supposed to be like. I was told that if I get the bone graft with my tooth extraction that it will “heal in 3 days.” I was told I can use a straw after 3 days, that I had no restrictions after 72 hours. I obviously fact checked this and found that it’s good to wait weeks before using a straw. My initial healing process took 3 weeks. Not I’m 2 months in waiting for my sockets to close. I know this is normal but I was lied to so they could charge me another $1200 for the bone grafts. If they were honest I would have probably still done the grafts for long term sake but I feel like I was not properly informed in the least about the healing process and was not given any info on cleaning the holes, etc. I am not able to go back but if I could I would probably choose another office. The doctor was very nice but maybe this is why I didn’t get a second opinion on the healing time. TLDR, the procedure went pretty well but I was not properly informed on the scope of the procedure which is the dentists job.
I have had terrible anxiety going to the dentist my whole life, until I started coming here. The Doc and staff are exceptional. Dr.Etessam is very kind, compassionate, gentle, patient and knowledgeable. His skills are above most I've seen anywhere. The staff is kind and makes you feel comfortable always. I am thankful I have found them.
