Awesome initial consultation and all around pleasant experience meeting Dr. Robison, and his staff. I left feeling like I was in excellent hands and that he listened to me and took all my concerns into consideration and came up with several options for my treatment. Very happy patient here. New Update: I feel I need to add to my review to help anyone on the fence about choosing implants, implant supported dentures or bridges. It is a big choice and Dr. Robison and his staff including Buck and the lab are very good at what they do, the best! Dr.Robison knows what he is doing and is very good at it! I want to thank the whole amazing team for all the kind and compassionate and expert care I have received. After both Dr. Robison and I as a team, decided it was the best course of action for my goals, health wise as well as cosmetic; Dr. Robison extracted all of my remaining, unhealthy, natural teeth and used my existing implants as well as a few strategically placed new ones to create three implant secured bridges and give me a complete new smile on bottom as well as top. I was, and have been incredibly happy with the work and satisfied with the care shown through the whole process. I cannot express enough, my love of Dr.Robison and the staff; from the office staff to the dental assistants and Buck in the lab, I have come to thank of them as family. I jokingly refer to myself as their “problem child” but they have all cared for me and shown such compassion and consideration that I feel totally safe and comfortable and in good hands. Now…. Part 2… My bad luck, not long after receiving my permanent upper bridges, I had three bottom teeth break in one week. ☹️ I knew immediately I was going to take the same route, I was done with root canals and crowns for good! Without question, Dr. Robison and his staff got me in quickly to extract the remaining bottom teeth and again incorporate existing implants as well as placing a few new ones to give me a whole new smile top and bottom. I have a beautiful temporary bridge and will receive my final permanent bridges later in the Fall. Thank you to Dr. Robison, Tierney, Jordan, Heather & the whole team, and to you Buck, (thanks to you for coming in on a Saturday to accommodate me and most recently saving me with an emergency repair) With kindness and compassion you have made me feel safe and in the best of hands throughout. You have given me my smile, my confidence, and most of all, my health! I love you all and appreciate you more than words can say! For everyone trying to decide, No it isn’t cheap, but it is worth every penny and you are in the best of hands for your care.
