During my consultation, Dr. Dr. Galia Leonard displayed unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. The doctor asked, “Where are you from?”—a question entirely irrelevant to my medical care—and later dismissed my medical history by stating, “In the US we don’t take that long to recover.” This remark improperly linked my physical recovery to national origin, was medically unfounded, and reflected clear xenophobic bias and a lack of cultural competence. Rather than feeling supported and evaluated based on medical facts, I felt judged and marginalized. This interaction raises serious concerns about Dr. Dr. Galia Leonard’s professionalism and ability to provide equitable patient care.
I have used Dr Leonard’s services several times at two different locations. Always professional and possesses deep training. Impressed with service and consistent results. Painless as well. Wild highly recommend her treatments.
My son was nervous about getting his wisdom teeth out but thanks to Dr. Neal's skill and experience, it went great. Dr. Craig Neal explained the procedure clearly, and created a comfortable environment for my son. I would highly recommend him and the practice for all their clear communication and seamless experience.
Dr. Neal and his staff—especially Daniella—were awesome! Dr. Neal was incredibly efficient with my implant surgery, and I experienced no pain or infection. I healed quickly and am now ready for the next step. His assistants were all very helpful, and Daniella, in particular, was so kind and welcoming, which really helped put me at ease as a patient.
Dr. Neal was my surgeon for lower jaw surgery and successfully performed the operation in May 2024. After the operation Dr. Neal and Dr. Leonard saw me on a regular basis making sure my healing journey went smoothly. I felt as though they were very honest and patient with me throughout my recovery. I can tell they genuinely cared about my recovery, adjusting the recovery plan as needed for proper healing, providing the right treatments and clear self-care instructions, regularly providing updates to my orthodontist and physical therapist, and answering my never ending questions. At the end of my recovery I hit an insurance dispute. So I wouldn’t have to pay out-of-pocket for a specific treatment, they fought the insurance dispute for many months to get the procedure approved & paid-for. The office is well organized and structured! If I had to do my surgery all over again, I’d go back to Dr. Neal.
