Cindy cleaned my teeth very efficiently. She was friendly and kind. She recommended using a water pick. And. I bought one after work and it is charging now. Dr Patel was friendly. I think my 3/4 crown I received from being a dental student ‘s patient doing his boards..at the university of Minnesota is older than Dr Patel. lol. It is good to have young people pursue dentistry.
They were able to find me an appointment on short notice. They were patient and kind, understanding and encouraging. Came up with a plan of treatment. I very much appreciate the help I received today. I recommend the Ness Family Dental office to my friends.
I'm a 76-year-old woman who was looking for a dentist in Minot. Big thanks to the family member who referred me, as after my first visit, I believe I've found the perfect match for my dental needs. At my first visit, I got a warm welcome from the front desk, along with a bit of help filling out my application. I went in with a mouthful of "problems", and Dr. Alex gave me a few options on how to proceed . I was a part of the process the entire time, which is much appreciated! Monica, the x-ray tech, got plenty of film and I could also see what was going on and how work in my mouth would work. By the time I left, I had two sheets of paper with the plan, all the steps and procedures and time involved, along with the prices and a final total. I believe the best part of this experience was not only being the "patient", but a "partner" in the plan. There were two good choices, and I chose the one I felt fit me best. As a Senior, I felt seen and heard. That alone is huge. Sorry to be such a long review, but I believe people of any age would be happy with an experience at Ness Family Dentistry.
Dr Patel did a really nice job, but 10 minutes of work costing over 400$ seems excessive. With the simplicity of the procedure no numbing medication was even needed. Not all of the dental equipment worked as it should. The overhead lights, which is what the patient looks at, had several dead bugs. Ick!
I broke a tooth and I called me and were able to get in the same day!! Dr Ness repaired it and it took a very short time. It looks very good, it blended in very well. I’m not even sure which tooth it is.
