Do you have a friend who is a dentist? You can make that happen with Dr. Ferguson! He is the best dentist I’ve ever been to, quick & painless every time! He pulled 3 wisdom teeth without sedation and I honestly felt no pain. He’s friendly and down to earth, same goes for his dental assistants and staff. It’s almost as if personality and charm are prerequisites to work for there lol. I’ve had an issue with my crown popping off a few times and he got me right in within 24 hours to take care of it. I’ve been going to see Dr. Ferguson for years and will continue to do so. If you’re the type of person who is afraid of going to the dentist, give Dr.Ferguson a shot, I guarantee you’ll think differently after seeing him. Dr. Kutansky is his partner and he is super amazing as well, he’s performed my post cleaning exams when Dr. Ferguson has been off and he’s extremely thorough and really personable and friendly. Nevada Dental Arts in Fallon should be your only choice when searching for a professional dental practice that has that small town charm, they’ll treat you right!

If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Ferguson saw my partner on a Sunday afternoon with very short notice for an extremely painful emergency. He fixed him right up and we are so, so grateful!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience. I suffered from mini strokes last year, which was put on my paperwork. Last year in December I went in for a filling. When the dentist administered a shot in my mouth I noticed my jaw muscle were starting to pull like they did when my mouth drooped during a previous mini stroke. I let him know and he got mad at me. I explained that it was on my paperwork. When the filling process was done he asked if I was ok I told him I felt no I felt weird. Him and the assistant just left! Luckily after sitting in my truck for 10 mins I felt fine. It took me a few months to schedule a cleaning after that. I explained to the front desk girl what happened and I wanted a different dentist. With her tone and attitude you could tell she didn’t care. After a week I canceled. My new dentists tried to contact via phone and email for X-rays and THEY NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED the calls or emails. So I had to spent another $200 on X-rays. Extremely disappointing and will be contacting the dental board for the carelessness. Not how you treat people!

Being new to Fallon it took a while to get reestablished with a dentist, so it had been a year since my last cleaning. During my appointment they said my gums were really receded and I would need a "deep cleaning" every 4 months to get back into shape. I had been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months consistently prior to this and my gums have been receding for over 10 years, but since they were the experts, I went with it. When I checked out, they informed me that my insurance didn't cover the deep cleaning and I would have to pay a copayment of $49. When I went back 5 months later to have my next cleaning, I was told my gums were doing much better and I would not have to stick to the 4-month cleaning regiment. I asked to make sure that I was getting a regular cleaning so I wouldn't have a co-payment and I was told that it was. Afterwards as I was checking out, I was told the I owed a co-payment of $49. I asked why and was told that it was for a Periodontal maintenance cleaning. I feel that they should have been upfront with me and my co-payments prior to the cleaning and I feel that the "extra cleaning" was nothing different from a normal cleaning. I'm upset because I fell for the bait and switch the first time and then after I specifically asked, they managed to do it again. Who knows what kind of fee I would be charged if I had any real dental work done. That is not how you do business.

Very nice staff, professional and courteous. They do good work. The only issue that developed is that my particular insurance plan has a waiting period for procedures coded a certain way. I assumed that they would catch something that I was unaware of before giving me a co-pay price quote. After the insurance kicked it back several weeks later and after I had paid what I was billed initially they notified me that I owed more money. They would not adjust the coding nor give a break on the amount owed. My thoughts are that we both shared in the mistake made, yet I was held responsible for the total amount.
