I waited until the completion of my treatment b4 writing a review. Many offices will be nice for the initial appointment & then the follow-up is horrific. That was NOT MY EXPERIENCE w/Nevada OMS~Charleston. They are wonderful!! I was referred to Dr. DeCacche for an extraction emergency. The office door is heavy but once inside the walls are a light blue, the reception area is right there. Daniela greeted me warmly with a huge smile. The other two women were clearly on calls but gave eye contact & smiled. I appreciated that I didn't have to do a lot of up, down, & up. She requested all she needed while at the counter. She explained & gave me the forms to complete with a working pen & clipboard. I would've preferred online forms but it wasn't 2 cumbersome. The only downside was that the seats are a little low so it's hard for people w/limited mobility to get up & down. Not shortly after I was called to the exam room by Nathaly. Then I saw it. The wonderful exam chair with updated equipment (everything sealed) & the bay window view of the outside. The room was very cold to me but Nathaly went out her way & found me a beautiful, comfy, plush, warm & good smelling blanket. She was very kind & accommodating. I had 2 have surgery & the office manager Ken is PHENOMENAL🪅!! 1st, his face 🌞 shines! His skincare routine is slaying! He's VERY professional & compassionate. He gave me a contact # in case I had any issues. He checked in on me while at the hospital. I am grateful for him!! The buttercream icing on the cake is Dr. DeCacche! I used to ❤️ going 2 the dentist but my experiences since COVID have been disheartening. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a year. I AM THANKFUL HIS STAFF, & HE SET A NEW STANDARD!! He lays out ALL options for care & the pros/cons. If u make a choice that he feels is 2 risky, on either side, he let's u know. He wasn't condescending & didn't talk at me. I was having anxiety b4 going under anesthesia. I asked 4 my doctor bc I'd never been 2 sleep w/out my surgeon in the room. Even though I could see him, this was diff from any surgery I've ever experienced. Dr. DeCacche came in the room with a smile. He didn't have an attitude. He was cordial, professional & caring. He asked about my vitals, reassured me & the countdown began. Smiles Today Dental on D.I., Dr. DeCacche & his staff on Charleston have renewed my confidence in dental care in Las Vegas. THANK YOU x♾️

Dr. Daccache and his staff were extremely helpful and informative during my first visit. I had a couple of my wisdom teeth extracted out of the country, which resulted in a nerve complication. Dr. Daccache provided me with his sincere recommendation on what the next step should be and I feel confident with the decision. The office and staff are very welcoming! I’ll be back to get the rest of my wisdom teeth extracted with the confidence I’ll walk away without any complications. Thank you Dr. Daccache!

I am 62, and I had my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday by Dr. Spencer. He was very careful abt my BP, my heart, my health. I chose to go to sleep and it was the best decision I have made - he was worth every penny. His staff was very kind too. I woke up and no pain, no traumatic felling. Throughout the day I slept a lot, which is good to form that blood clot nicely. Today, I feel it a little bit like 10% today, nothing I can’t handle it, but the hole is already closing. I highly recommended him. Wow! I have had some experiences with dentists and he is by far the best one I have ever been. No doubt.
