I cannot say enough good things about the care I received at this dental office. I chose this office because I needed an implant for a failed root canal and my primary dentist told me even with my dental insurance it was going to cost me about 5k. I found this office which offered the extraction, bone graft with PRF, and the implant, free of cost to be apart of a learning lab. Don’t let this detour you! These are still certified dentists with a license who are getting experience in oral surgery right next to at least one other dentist. During my extraction, there were three licensed dentists in the room which felt like little room for error with so many eyes in my mouth. My implant placement was also flawless. Dr Keber and her assistant Sharla are such sweethearts and took such good care of me. I had to have several appointments with them for my crown and they went above and beyond to finish up my implant care. Thank you ladies! The only thing I had to pay for was the crown itself which didn’t need to be paid for until the crown impressions. This gave me about 11 months to save for which was very doable (about 1200 dollars) I’ve had my implant now for about three months and it’s been perfect. I wish this office accepted insurance so I could come back for my routine dental care! Thank you!
I have never had a better experience in a dental setting than at New Horizon. The entire staff is amazing! Whether you are at the front desk, with the hygienists, students, or the actual dentists these people really care. They are so professional, kind, and thorough. They provide amazing high quality, yet affordable care. I have never felt more comfortable in a dental setting. I didn’t feel pressured at all, or like it was a sales environment. The staff evaluated me thoroughly, gave the full scope of options for my care, and any referrals for things they couldn’t provide at their facility were given to me that same day. Then after the consultation, they got me in next day to begin my treatment. Thank you for all your hard work, and dedication to your patients you guys are truly the best.
Was on the Center's website and according to the website Preventative services are clearly offered, called and attempted to schedule an appointment for just that preventative services, such as an exam, cleaning etc., just as the website states. However, after wasting my time filling out the new patient form and calling to schedule my appointment, was informed. They outsource preventative services they don't really do that. I suggested to the young lady on the phone the website should be updated as its clearly wrong. I simply wanted a simple exam and routine cleaning. Guess we can't always believe what we read on every business website. So much for helping the community and all that non-profit "feel good" BS.
The true definition of family. This place was beyond professional friendly kind unwelcoming. Tears o compassion. I shared with hugs of gratitude and Thanksgiving for the work they did. The heart of the dentist family that I encountered was beautiful. It's wonderful to see people who are enthusiastic and love their job. They go above and beyond the bedside manners. Oh, the doctors are great. I can't give this office enough praise for the work they have done and will do for me. I love each and everyone of you that took time out to say hello, encourage and uplift my spirits during this experience!
