If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Our experience with New Horizons Implant Center, Dr. Guy and his staff has been nothing short of exceptional, and I am grateful for the care my son received. We called on Monday for a second opinion regarding my son’s tooth, and Melissa, who answered the call was incredible from the start. She was warm, kind, informative, and immediately worked to get us in the very next day at 1:30 pm. She followed up with texts, reminders, and the paperwork we needed, and it already felt like we were dealing with people who genuinely cared. They also waived some xray fees due to us having to pay for them at the previous center. When we arrived, everything felt different compared to everywhere else we had been. The atmosphere was friendly, calming, and compassionate. Brooke, who did our initial review, took X-rays, walked us through what she was seeing, and explained everything clearly. Then we met Dr. Guy. He took his time, spoke to my son with patience and talked to me as a parent who was worried and tired from weeks of stress. He explained every step, every reason, and every option. And then he said something that will stay with me forever: “If you were my son, I would do this.” That sentence gave me peace. It told me everything I needed to know about the kind of doctor he is. This place wasn’t about rushing us out or pushing unnecessary treatments. They didn’t deflect questions or brush us off. My son even turned to me and said, “This feels different. They don't deflect questions like the other place did.” And he was right. They asked if we wanted to proceed and immediately found the soonest appointment which happened to be the very next day. They were compassionate, efficient, and unbelievably accommodating. During the procedure, they kept me informed, explained everything to my son, and even let me check on him during a rest period. The level of care, patience, and kindness they showed us was something I haven’t seen in a long time. Afterward, they gave clear instructions, medications, and scheduled a follow-up to discuss further ortho options. The entire procedure including extraction, bone graft, and a temporary flipper cost only $948, which is unbelievably fair compared to the $3,000.00 out of pocket the other place quoted us. This experience restored my trust in dental care providers. Thank you, Dr. Guy, Brooke, Melissa, Sara, and everyone who helped us. You treated my son as if he were your own family and that means more than you know. Even though this wasn’t the outcome we had hoped for, we left feeling cared for. You are truly a blessing.
