My dad needed a new set of dentures and New Smile Dentures of Boise has been wonderful to work with. Their knowledge, craftsmanship and service are outstanding. The staffs are all so nice and professional, they even work with our crazy schedule. We worked with Nick and the care given to my dad was really amazing. He spent so much time from helping my dad choose the right shape, size, color to the placement of each tooth to make sure they all fit and feel perfectly. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs dentures.
Nick Gensburger was amazing!! He made me feel so comfortable and treated me so well! He had never met me and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about me and my situation. I seriously have never received such kind caring service before! Thank you so much Nick!!
The staff go above and beyond!! Josh, Nick and Susan have been so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I was in a dire situation and they were able to get everything done for me including adjustments later, all done with expertise ~ thank you new smile for giving me my new smile!!
We came to New Smiles, and Dr Nick, with limitations, and needing a completion of implants/dentures, started months earlier when we were in another city in the southeastern United States. My husband is a truck driver in the western states. We landed in Boise weekly, for one full day. We needed the work completed on one specific day every week. Dr. Nick gladly accommodated our limited/difficult schedule, as truck drivers. We really appreciate New Smiles for their professionalism, attitude and flexibility. We gladly give New Smiles and Town Square Dental the highest possible rating and have already referred them to others. In our opinion you can't wrong with either one. I'm really enjoying my new smile!!!
